Receive your device

We will post a wearable device directly to your home — no clinic visit or travel required.

Wear it for 7 days

Go about your normal daily activities while wearing the device and complete one short questionnaire. Click here for a short video showing how to put the device on.

Return the device

Send it back using the prepaid envelope we provide. That is everything — thank you for contributing to this research.

Eligibility criteria

✓ Who can take part
  • Aged 18 years and above
  • Able to fill in an online consent form and online questionnaires
  • Able to receive and send back devices in the post
  • Able to wear a research grade wearable device on your wrist for 7 days
✕ Who cannot take part
  • Uses a walking aid
  • Any other medical condition deemed by the study team that might impact movement and balance
